United StatesI enjoyed the majority of my experience with Unbox. Customer Service and the design consultant were all very helpful. My dress arrived in plenty of time before my wedding to get minor alterations done. My wedding dress tailor said they did a great job--she'd taken my measurements for the dress. My only reason for 4 stars is that I would really have liked a sketch of the dress before ordering. Yes, I know it follows The Rehearsal Dinner Dress style, but I had sleeve add-ons. Also I can't remember if pockets were offered, but I now wish I had them. Either way, the dress fits like a dream, reimagines the 80s fabrics in a modern way and I can't wait to see my mom's face when I wear it at my rehearsal dinner. My photographer will even take photos of her in the original dress next to me in the new version!
