Included with your DressBox purchase is our DressVault storage service for professional safekeeping of your extra dress fabrics at our Studio. Many customers make additional heirlooms right away after receiving their initial order, others make more over time.

There is no rush though. You can also extend the storage service past the inital 6 months for a modest monthly fee.

The transformation process starts with our design quiz. Tell us a bit about your dress and what you hope it might become. We'll use your answers to recommend a range of products to consider. Add your product choices to your cart and checkout, or build your digital wishlist by tapping the heart icon on products.

It’s easy to add your preferred designs to the cart and check out. Don't forget to add your DressBox the secure shipping container makes sending in your dress easy. It will arrive at your address with packing instructions and a prepaid return label.

Want us to review your dress first? Simply order the DressBox and save potential designs to your Digital Wishlist which we'll review together.

When your dress arrives we'll contact you to schedule your personalized design consultation.

Your designer will discuss details about your order, or if you're undecided, help you decide to make the most of your dress.

You can finalize your order, add finishing touches like jewelry into your designs or accessories to make the gifting experience one you will treasure forever!

After our talented sewing team works their magic, you'll receive your one-of-a-kind designs to Unbox!

Currently we deliver orders about 10 weeks after your dress arrives at the studio (although rush processing may be available.)
